    The Raleigh Chapter of SCORE is part of a national association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs. Raleigh SCORE offers free in-person workshops, and their October/November lineup includes a number of marketing-focused topics. Click here for more.

  • Lana Calloway Joins Enterprising Women Team [Greater Raleigh Women Who Rock]  
    Lana Calloway, a NAWBO Greater Raleigh member and Past President, has been named Vice President of Partnerships and Alliances for Enterprising Women Magazine. Lana has been a member of the magazine's Advisory Board since 2005 and was a recipient of their 2006 Enterprising Woman of the Year award. Congratulations on your new role, Lana!

It's easy to find out! Click here to search for your voter record. When you click on your name, you'll be able to see all your Voter Details. Scroll down to "Sample Ballots" - if you're in an eligible municipality, you may have ballots coming up for October 10th or November 7th - put those dates in your calendar now so you don't forget!
  • Nominate Your Favorite Businesses. Vote now to nominate local businesses for the 2018 Midtown Diamond Awards; ballot closes November 17. (Check out 2017's winners if you're curious about the categories.) The Triangle Business Journal's nominations for the 2017 Family Business Awards are also open until October 9. Take a minute moment to recognize your favorite local family-owned business.
